What Dist DID you get a hat in?
Just thinking that maybe this is the way to go. If you received a hat just post the dist and which ring you were on. Lets see if its by dist or just a bug.
Should add as well if it was your second or first hat. |

I'm not thinking this will work. I have 4 characters online. All in the same district, on the same ring. Sometimes 1 or 2 will get a hat and not the others, sometimes none get the hat.
I smell the possibility of a redux if this continues. |

I afked for hours and had no hat but hundreds of presents... ye no hat. I noticed a new build list maxing out my char window (lol) so i restarted and returned to afk on grenth dist.

It doesn't matter. I've seen people in the same district, some got the hat, some didn't.
